Thin Hair Blues..?

I have always had that limp stick straight wimpy thin hair. I see those girls with gorgeous long thick locks and can't help but be so frustrated with my own hair. I have been coloring my hair since 8th grade and put all sorts of heat on it. So i continue to damage my hair on a daily basis. BUT i thought i would share some things that have worked for those who may have been singing the thin hair blues with me.
I've tried A LOT of shampoos i actually bought a bunch of samples of cheap drugstore shampoos clear up to several professional shampoos. I wish i could say the cheap one totally worked! But in this case my research has shown that you get what you pay for. But i did find a happy medium :) My recommended winning shampoo/conditioner combo was:

You can buy this anywhere that carries Joico i personally purchase mine from Ulta. This works amazing and has a wonderful tingly mint feel that leaves your hair really soft and clean filling! My hair not only feels healthier but i have noticed it feeling thicker.

My next suggestion i don't have any thing or reason other than my own experience to back it up. But there is a difference in the way my hair feels if i wash my hair upside down!! I know what you're thinking why would that matter. I'm not quite sure if its the way your hair distributes the shampoo or what but it works! :)

Try and use some sort of deep conditioner on your hair at least once a week.  A good one is:

Or i have heard good things about Aussie's 3 minute Miracle.

My last reminder is to NEVER use a brush or small toothed comb with wet hair always use a wide comb and let you hair air dry a little before blow drying it. And don't forget your heat protector!

K hope this helps someone out there! I feel like this is the first time i finally am not embarrassed of how damaged and horrible my hair looks and feels! So give it a try!

Bye for now,
Savannah
